You will need the email address you provided us when you placed your order along with the password 
you received immediately after you placed your order.  Once logged in, you can check your Order Status
and any updates we have added regarding your order.  Note: we update your order status as information 
becomes available.  Generally speaking, you can expect to receive your order within the time frame
