30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We intend to do things right the first time!  If, however, you are not satisfied, let us know and give us the chance to make it right.  Our policy includes a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products, excluding shipping with a 20% Return / Cancellation Fee.  As these are customized products, refunds cannot be issued for items you have previously confirmed or approved (for example, Ring Head Size, Coat of Arms, Proof, etc.).  All refunds are issued in the form of a check.

On occasion, some items are out of stock.  Should an item you order be out of stock we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible and void your charge or issue you a full refund.

For International Customers: Customs and Duty to International customers are the sole and complete responsibility of the recipient.  Customer agrees and gives approval to charge any Customs and Duties not paid by the customer as required to the original credit card used to place the order.
